DESCRIPTION
The overall diameter and the quality of the conductors of this Mogami cable allow for a wonderful sound quality, particularly rich in detail. This cable is ideal for power applications when an amplifier is not positioned close to a loudspeaker. In separate pre/power amp configurations, it is essential to use the 2497 signal cable. CONNECTOR CHARACTERISTICS:
Copper-Beryllium connectors with direct silver plating with screw clamping.
Copper-Beryllium is stronger, more conductive and significantly improves sound compared to normal phosphor-bronze connectors.
Direct silver plating improves performance because there is no underlying nickel layer that causes distortion and is optimised for sound.
