The cable is supplied with ground cable for the turntable, extended, insulated and terminated with AUDIOQUEST 1410 gold-plated or silver-plated dropouts depending on stock availability. Only on request will the cable be removed
The Van Den Hul D-502 HYBRID is the dual version of the D-501 HYBRID. As a sound performance this is one of the best Van Den Hul products among the cables in this price range, which is relatively low; it is mostly used for connecting turntables or turntable arms to the amplifier, but it is also a very good line signal cable.
The D-502 is a hybrid (Copper-Silver-Carbon Linear Structure) with a very high shielding factor here in a semi-balanced version and complete with 4 Neutrik Rean connectors. Professor Van Den Hul teaches metallurgy in the Netherlands and is one of the pioneers of composite materials. In addition to OFC copper and Silver, conductive carbon fibre is also present in the cable.
