The REFERENCE CABLE RICS01R is highly recommended for musicians who use guitars with pickups (humbuckers) specifically for Rock music, as this cable is designed precisely for the impedances of such pick-ups. The perfect pickup impedance-cable coupling renders signal reflections irrelevant and provides a more linear bandwidth. The result is a 'louder, more powerful and particularly mid-loaded' sound. The harmonics present in a distorted sound are far greater than those of a 'clean' sound and it is therefore essential to have a cable that does not attenuate or worse 'cut off' fundamental harmonics, as can easily happen with a 'generic' cable.
The REFERENCE RICS01R ensures that the power and tone of your Rock guitar are transferred to the amplifier throughout its entire sound range. This cable has a double Copper shielding in addition to the semiconductor PVC. The PVC solution is ideal for preventing noise due to sudden and fast movements while on stage during a live performance, especially when it comes to ROCK.
