ViaBlue TS banana plugs are screwed to the loudspeaker jacks and thus establish constant contact between the speaker cables and terminals.

The ViaBlue TS series is designed to provide an ideal connector for every possible connection and type of jack. All TS connectors protect against short circuits with a transparent insulating sleeve. The TS connector's conductor receiver opening is 5 mm wide, so conductors up to 8 mm2 can be installed.

Easy assembly without soldering.

Speaker cables can be easily and conveniently installed into the ViaBlue TS connectors. To do this, you will need a stripping tool to strip the cable insulation and a screwdriver (hexagon socket 1.5) to secure the cable in the plug-in connections. The loudspeaker cable should be stripped approx. 8 mm and then inserted firmly into the inner housing of the TS plug-in connectors. This inner part of the TS plug-in connectors shrinks in such a way as to exclude the inflow of air. In this way, the stranded conductors are protected from oxidation. The cable can be conveniently tightened by the two large clamping screws and thus has a very strong grip on the plug. Soldering is not necessary. The flexible stranded conductors of a high-quality speaker cable are even better protected against stripping by screwing, as well as against long-term oxidation.
