In audio systems everything makes a difference. The suppressor ring is a silver-colored carbon fiber basically built on a non-magnetic stainless steel damping ring with three fixing screws.
It houses all Furutech AC connectors except for the FI-50 Piezo Ceramic series, which won the Best of Innovations Award for its integrated mechanical and piezo damping. If your Furutech power cores are not equipped with FI-50 AC connectors, adding the suppressor ring is best for low distortion reproduction. Most effective when used on IEC connectors.
