PRO-JECT Xperience Belt - round

ORIGINAL round belt for Pro-ject turntables black. Below are the compatible turntable models.

Drive belts are used on all Pro-Ject turntables as a method of rotating the turntable platter. In many cases the belt turns a sub-platter, which is located under the main platter - as with the award-winning debut turntable. However, there are also other turntables that use a belt that reaches around the perimeter of the main platter itself - avoiding the need for a sub-platter.

All Pro-Ject drive belts are made of the highest quality materials and are optimised to work with certain turntables in the Pro-Ject range.

To prolong the life of your drive belt, avoid touching it with your hands as much as possible. Once fitted, use the speed spanner supplied with Pro-Ject turntables to change the pulley step.

It is important to obtain the correct belt for the turntable. Below are the models compatible with this belt (where the V-belt is not used):

• Xperience (all models and packages, with the exception of Basic +, until s / n 001686)
• 2 Xperience Acryl
• 2 Xperience SB
• 2 Xperience SB S-Shape
• 6 Perspex / 6 Perspex SB
