DYNAVOX AMP-S MkII

High-quality audio selector for two amplifiers and one pair of speakers (configuration A) or for one amplifier and two pairs of speakers (configuration B)

The Dynavox AMP-S MKII offers the possibility of switching between pairs of speakers when using a HiFi amplifier. Conversely, it allows you to select between two different amplifiers with one pair of loudspeakers.

The Dynavox AMP-S MKII is the same as its predecessor the AMP-S, except that it has deeper banana jacks (~18 mm) to improve mechanical sealing even with 'heavy' cables. In addition, in the AMP-S MKII the internal wiring has been improved by increasing the conductor cross-section to 2.5 mm², thus ensuring optimum signal transmission. The AMP-S MKII consists of a solid metal housing and a 4 mm aluminium front plate.

A high-quality switch (the negative is also switched) protects your devices from short circuits by setting it to zero.

POSSIBLE USES

• Selects between two amplifiers and a single pair of loudspeakers (configuration A)
• Selects between one audio amplifier and two pairs of loudspeakers, alternately (configuration B)

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Not recommended for use with amplifiers that cannot be kept switched on without a load (i.e. no speakers connected) (e.g. some valve amplifiers).
