The Superspike is nothing more than a point that rests FREELY on an under-point, which cannot move except vertically. In practice, the tip always falls into the centre of the sub-tip, with no possibility of error whatsoever. Simple and ingenious at the same time. But that's not all, in fact the Superspike is constructed from different materials depending on the function it is to perform. Thus, the tip itself is made of a high-quality hardened steel (2) while the part immediately above it is made of zinc (3) in order to reduce the resonances of the tip underneath. The under-tip (4) is also made of zinc while the recess into which the tip fits is made of soft metal (5). The outer body that contains the entire structure is made of (1) simple ABS, as are the outer feet (6) exclusive to this model, which make the Superspikes look very similar to the original feet of electronics such as turntables and CD players and make them easy to install. As you will have noticed, every detail has been studied down to the last detail.
They are mounted with the screws of the original feet of the Hi-Fi equipment to be insulated.
