The AT-VM95E, Audio-Technica's new entry-model elliptical cartridge, will replace the legendary AT95E and utilise the developments of the AT95EX introduced in 2015. The AT-VM95E features an improved and distinctive design that results in a more rigid, low-resonance housing and two threaded inserts in the cartridge body that allow it to be mounted on the head or an integral tonearm with just two screws, no nuts

COMPATIBLE STYLES
Each Diamond Stylus for Cartridges has its own life time.
Approximately 500 hours for a conical stylus, 300 hours for an elliptical stylus, 1000 hours for a Microlinear stylus and 800 hours for a Shibata stylus.
Our VM95 Series Dual Moving Magnet Cartridges can be used almost forever by replacing the interchangeable stylus. You no longer need to buy a complete cartridge when the diamond is worn out, you can simply purchase the matching replacement stylus and enjoy the experience of upgrading your cartridge with a different stylus.
The six cartridge models in the VM95 series all use the same electromagnetic motor body, so each of the six replacement styli is perfectly compatible.
